Fast boat
It's very easy, you can book online, by phone or in person, however due to high demand we recommend that you book online in the days prior to your chosen day to ensure both the tour and your preferred time.
Yes, we recommend a minimum age of 6 and/or a minimum height of 100 cm.
Unfavourable weather conditions are not in our hands...but don't worry! In this case we will look for an alternative...so that you don't miss out on the experience!
Yes, however JetSkiDream will not be responsible for the loss or damage of the camera, mobile phone or any other device not belonging to JetskiDream. At JetskiDream we want you to take home a good souvenir, so during the activity the skipper will take photographs that will later be provided in digital format to Tour participants free of charge.
Of course we do! At check-in we will give it to you if you need it, in a waterproof bag to store your belongings.
We recommend comfortable clothing. We will provide you with a life jacket approved lifejacket. It is important to apply sunscreen half an hour before the start before departure and let's go sailing!

In order to be able to do the route, the monitors will ask for an ID card or passport. In the case of minors, it will be necessary to sign the corresponding authorisation from the parent/legal guardian of the minor before starting the route. In the case of minors under 16 or 17 years of age, if the parent/legal guardian is unable to sign the authorisation in person, a photocopy of the ID card corresponding to the authorisation must be provided.
We offer our customers the BOBIKE One Maxi baby carrier for children from 9 months to about 6 years of age with a maximum weight of 22 kg.

Do not tamper with the bicycle (chain, gears, brakes, wheels, engine...) In the event of any incident, please contact the telephone numbers to inform them of the incident and they will tell you how to proceed.
As accessories we incorporate free of charge ,

Helmet use regulations: The law states that it is compulsory for cyclists under the age of 16 to wear a helmet, regardless of the road they are riding on. For those over the age of 16, helmets are only recommended in town, but are also compulsory on interurban roads.20 Jan 2021
The hirer (CLIENT) will have a deposit of €100 per bicycle withheld from his credit card. The deposit will be returned at the end of the contract. The staff receiving the equipment at the end of the rental will determine at their discretion whether to proceed with the refund of the deposit.
At the end of the activity, the deposit will be refunded, provided that these materials (bicycle and accessories) have not been damaged due to improper use or negligent behaviour in breach of the rules explained prior to the activity, both in terms of safety and navigation by the driver/s or accompanying person/s.

Use of the rented bicycle in a manner appropriate to the weather and road conditions.
Use of a helmet and appropriate clothing (helmet is included in the rental price).
◦ Know the relevant rules of the road and cycle safely.
Fines shall be borne by the hirer. There is a legal obligation to wear a helmet at all times when riding a bicycle.
Any loss or damage to the bicycle must be reported to JetSkidream and the hirer will be responsible for it.
Strictly prohibited:
It is forbidden to ride the bicycle on the sand on the beach, as the damage to the bicycle could be irreparable,

Riding on roads that do not allow cycle touring
Put the bicycle in contact with salt water and beach sand.
◦ Rental of bicycles to third parties.
◦ Cycling at risk, carelessly or under the influence of substances whose effects may affect his mental or psychological condition.
Negligent handling of the bicycle causing, or likely to cause, damage to the bicycle.
Participating in sporting events without the consent of JetSkiDream, in which case an extra day's rental will be charged.
In any of these cases JetSkiDream reserves the right to retain the bike deposit.
Safety rules for JetSkiDream ebike customers:
Use of helmets in accordance with regulations.
Suitable clothing for the activity, as well as sports footwear.
◦ Only ride on roads that allow cycle touring
Attach the security lock correctly to the bicycle and to a fixed point when the bicycle is to be used, and always keep it under surveillance.
The owner reserves the right to take legal action against the user of the bicycle in the event of misuse or non-compliance with traffic regulations.
