Tour Tavira, Paradise of the Algarve

We set sail from Marina Isla Canela towards the open sea to sail along the coast of Isla Canela, visiting the fine sandy islands where we will have a swim if the low tide allows it.

We continue sailing to enter the waters of the Algarve towards the island of Tavira, where we can see the beaches of Monte Gordo, Verde beach, Manta Rota beach, Cabanas beach and Tavira Island, where we anchor to enjoy a swim in its crystal clear waters. We then visit the beginning of the Ria de Formosa Natural Park and continue towards the Spanish-Portuguese border along the Guadiana River. We pass between Villareal de San Antonio, with its peculiar Pombaline architecture and Ayamonte with its important fish market. At this point we can see the imposing Guadiana International Bridge on the horizon, where we immortalise this unique moment. The perfect moment to enjoy an aperitif and a drink. On the way back we sail at maximum power through the calm waters of the Guadiana, and we enter the La Canela channel if the tide allows it. After an exclusive navigation through the marshes, Isla Cristina, its fish market and our home port Marina Isla Canela will appear.

Drinks and snacks included. We recommend you bring swimwear, towel, beach shoes and sunscreen.
