General conditions of activity
Jet Ski Routes
Per jet ski for the use of materials (jet ski, GoPro 8, life jacket, etc.). This deposit will be deposited (cash or bank card) at Check In, which will be returned at the end of the activity, Check Out, as long as these materials are not damaged or damaged by misuse or negligent conduct in breach of the guidelines explained prior to the activity both in terms of safety and navigation by the driver/s or companion/s.
In the event of a claim, the amount of the deposit will be collected. The deposit does not constitute in any case a limitation to the responsibility of the driver/s or companion/s of the activity, since he/she/they will be responsible in any case for the damages that could be caused in the fulfilment of the obligations that are incumbent upon him/her/them. If the deterioration and consequent need for repair results in the impossibility of use during previously contracted periods, the negligent member/s of the activity shall be responsible for the damages and losses arising from this, including both the emerging data and the loss of profit.
Failure to pay this deposit will imply the cancellation of the activity, without no right to any refund or change of date/time.
Children under 8 years of age and less than 120 centimetres tall will not be allowed to take part in the activity for safety reasons. Minors between the ages of 8 and 15 may accompany their parent/legal guardian on the activity after signing the corresponding authorisation, but under no circumstances may they drive the jet ski. Minors between 16 and 17 years of age may drive the jet ski as long as the parent/legal guardian signs the corresponding authorisation, providing the original or a photocopy of the signatory.
Failure to provide the required authorization will result in the cancellation of the activity, without the right to any refund or change of date/time.
Both driver and passenger of the jet ski must provide ID or Passport.

The realization of the activity involves being at our facilities (see below our location) at the established time of the booked activity being advisable to be at least 15 minutes before.

The route will depend on the favourable weather conditions and the driving level of the pilots and companions during the activity, always at the discretion of the instructors. If, prior to the activity, Jetskidream S.L. should have any unforeseen circumstances, the client will be offered the possible alternatives for the correct execution of the activity.
In case of breakdown, collision, loss of equipment, the member/s of the activity must imperatively and immediately inform the instructor who will inform him/her about the instructions to follow. The loss of the realization of the activity, during the course of the activity, due to negligence on the part of the member/s of the activity, cannot in any way give rise to a refund, even partial, nor to compensation for any damage suffered by the latter.
It is free of charge (the micro sd card with the recording and/or photos will have an additional cost, and you get your photos and/or videos instantly).
The jet ski shall be insured in the manner specified in the particular conditions and with the terms and limitations set out in the policy, and Jetskidream S.L. shall keep the original of said policy. Jetskidream S.L. shall not be liable under any circumstances for any loss or damage that may be suffered by the personal effects of the member/s of the activity. Jetskidream S.L. has taken out the corresponding compulsory civil liability insurance.
The permitted navigation area will be the route specified in the activity contract document. It is forbidden to navigate in an area other than the one indicated, without the express authorization of the monitor. Under no circumstances may the government of the jet ski be ceded to person/s other than the one/s designated in the activity contract.
- Always sail in single file, following the monitor's wake.
- Always keep a 50 m safety distance between motorbikes and any obstacle and never closer than 200 m from the coast.
- It is strictly forbidden to parallel and/or overtake the bike in front.
- At stops, motorbikes have to keep a distance of 25 m from each other to avoid collisions.
- It is forbidden to remove the lifejacket during the whole activity.
- The passenger must always hold on to the rider's waist and follow the rider's movements to avoid injuries/falls.
- Girls and boys with long hair should always wear it tied back for safety.
- If someone needs to stop and cannot wait for the stopping point, they will raise their hand until the monitor sees them and stop the route safely.
- It is forbidden to stop the bike "dry", thus avoiding rear-end collisions, the pilot will reduce speed until the monitor guides him. 10. In case of observing a buoy or other floating object never approach it, it could be a diver or that the buoy or object supports a fishing gear which could generate an accident with serious consequences.
If during the course of the activity, the instructor witnesses any incident in the handling of the jet ski, or in view of the navigation he/she finds that the participant/s is/are not capable of handling the jet ski, he/she may demand the termination of the activity and return to the Marina Isla Canela base port for the sole purpose of safeguarding the safety of all members of the activity, implying the cancellation of the activity without the right to any refund or change of date/time.
Under the provisions of the General Police Regulations for public shows and recreational activities, it is forbidden to carry out the contracted activity to anyone who is intoxicated, carrying any object likely to cause damage to persons or things, carrying or consuming any type of drug or psychotropic substances, lack of personal hygiene, troublemakers who provoke or incite non-compliance with the above rules.
Failure to comply with the above will result in the cancellation of the activity, without the right to any refund or change of date/time.
In the event that the client has accepted the authorisation to carry out the photographic report during the activity, the audiovisual material obtained with the technical means of JetSkiDream SL and during the duration of the activity are the property of JetSkiDream SL, which may make promotional use of said material. E-Bike Rental
Per Flebi Bigfoot bicycle for the use of materials (Flebi Bigfoot, accessories). This deposit will be deposited (cash or credit card) at Check In, which will be returned at the end of the activity, Check Out, as long as these materials are not damaged or damaged by misuse or negligent conduct in breach of the guidelines explained prior to the activity both in terms of security.
In the event of a claim, the refund of the deposit will be delayed until the insurance company pays the appropriate compensation for replacement or repair of materials, equipment, equipment and accessories of any kind belonging to the contracted activity. The deposit does not constitute in any case a limitation to the responsibility of the driver/s or companion/s of the activity since he/she/they will respond in any case of the damages and prejudices that could be caused in the fulfillment of the obligations that are incumbent on him/her/them. The minimum age to ride our Flebi FatBike is 12 years old and they can accompany their father/mother/legal guardian in the activity after signing the corresponding authorisation.
Minors between the ages of 12 and 15 years may only ride on the road if bicycle lane . In the event of travelling on a route other than this one, it will be under the responsibility of the parent or legal guardian who must accompany the minor during the journey.
Failure to provide the required authorization will result in the cancellation of the activity, without the right to any refund or change of date/time.
All customers must bring their ID card or passport.

Should Jetskidream S.L. have any unforeseen circumstances prior to the activity or should the weather conditions be unfavourable, the client will be offered the possible alternatives for the correct carrying out of the activity.

Do not tamper with the bicycle (chain, gears, brakes, wheels, engine...) In the event of any incident, please contact JetSkiDream on +34 959 894 445 to inform them of the incident and they will tell you how to proceed.
JetSkiDream does not provide cover in case of theft of a rented bicycle, the liability for theft of a rented bicycle is not covered. The theft is the sole responsibility of the CUSTOMER who signs the contract for the rental of the vehicle.
In the event of failure to report the theft of the bicycle, the customer shall pay the value of the bicycle at the purchase price of the bicycle with an annual depreciation of 10% compared to the purchase value. The retention of the security deposit will also be charged.

Helmet use regulations: The law states that it is compulsory for cyclists under the age of 16 to wear a helmet, regardless of the road they are riding on. For those over 16, helmets are only recommended in town, but are also compulsory on interurban roads.20 Jan 2021.
Safety rules for clients contracting the JetSkiDream E-bike service:
1. Use of helmets in accordance with regulations.
2. Appropriate clothing for the activity, as well as sports footwear.
3. Only ride on roads that allow cycle touring.
4. Attach the security lock correctly to the bicycle and to a fixed point when the bicycle is to be used, and keep it under constant surveillance.
JetSkiDream S.L. reserves the right to make claims against the user of the bicycle in the event of improper use or non-compliance with traffic regulations.

- Use of the rented bicycle in a manner appropriate to the weather and road conditions.
- Use of a helmet and appropriate clothing.
- Know the relevant rules of the road and cycle safely.
- Fines for reasons beyond JetSkiDream's control shall be borne by the customer.
- Any loss or damage to the bicycle must be reported to JetSkidream and the hirer will be responsible for it.
Strictly prohibited:
- It is forbidden to ride the bicycle on sand on the beach or in contact with water (beach shore and/or marshes), as the damage to the bicycle could be irreparable.
- Circulate with the same outside the municipality of Ayamonte (Ayamonte, Isla Canela and Punta del Moral).
- Riding on roads that do not allow cycle touring
- Rental of bicycles to third parties.
- Cycling at risk, negligently or under the influence of substances whose effects may affect his mental or psychological condition.
- Negligent handling of the bicycle causing, or likely to cause, damage to the bicycle.
- Participate in sporting events without the consent of JetSkiDream.
In any of these cases JetSkiDream reserves the right to retain the bike deposit.

Fast Boat Tours
The minimum age to be able to sail in our Speed Boat is 4 years old.
