On the day of the activity, the client will be photographed in a photo session carried out by JetSkiDream S.L. during the activity, which will be published on JetSkiDream's social media profiles and website, as well as on the websites of its partners.

The client AUTHORISES JetSkiDream S.L. to use his/her personal image resulting from this photo shoot for the aforementioned purpose, without this authorisation being subject to any time limit or restricted to the national territory of any country.

JetSkiDrean S.L. does not provide any type of financial compensation to the customer, although JetSkiDream S.L. undertakes to send this material free of charge to the customer so that he/she can have a souvenir of his/her experience.

This authorisation is covered by the provisions of Organic Law 1/1982, of 5 May, on the Civil Protection of the Right to Honour, Personal and Family Privacy and Self-Image.
